Her projects have ranged from individual suite upgrades, a redesign of our cafe, extensive hallway upgrades, to a major lobby renovation and redesign. We commissioned Gillian as the artist to paint "Floribunda", our 2004 entry for Orcas in the City. The colourful orca now graces our front entrance.

Gillian was instrumental in the restoration and design of our signature Regency Suite, which was destroyed by fire. We are very pleased with the quality and innovativeness of Gillian's work and especially excited to witness the "rebirth" of our signature suite at her hands.

I have engaged the services of Gillian Ley on several design projects in my capacity as CEO of the Greater Victoria Harbour Authority and previously as the General Manager of the Royal Victoria Yacht Club and have been impressed and delighted by the results.
